After verifying the registration, we can get you a new copy of the game. Q: Is it safe to use my credit card? Are there any other methods I can use to buy your games? A: Purchasing from our web site is completely safe because we use Plimus, one of the safest and most used e-commerce providers on the Internet that guarantees absolute security in your transactions. Q: After installing my game it doesn't work, the game is too slow, or I get an error about OpenGL. A: OpenGL is a graphics technology used by the Mac and Windows game development community. Many peoples computers don't have the latest versions of the OpenGL drivers on their machine. This causes many of the display and performance problems in games using these technologies. To fix this issue, you will need to go to your video card manufacturer's web site for their latest driver. The two biggest manufacturers are listed here. Q: Do you offer other languages in your games? A: Yes, we do. Our games support French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, and English. Q: Do you offer support in other languages than English? A: Unfortunately we are unable to provide support in any other languages than English. We hope to offer more support options in the future. Q: Can I be a beta tester for your next game? A: We enjoy having people participate in our beta testing efforts. When we begin a beta testing effort, we will announce it in our newsletter. Q: I get an error that "Setup files are corrupted."? A: This is usually caused by a hiccup on the web server. If this occurs to you and you are unable to get the setup to run, then go into your web browser and choose to delete cookies, history and old files. This has resolved the issue in the past for other customers. |
